  Brandy Bailey Visit (and at with) Miller Gaunces at Gaunces on the ByPass. Visit and eat with Greg and Alice at JK's Forrest Grove Cafe. Go to the Pioneer Festival on Labor Day Weekend. Go to the Beer Cheese Festival in June. Drink an Ale-8 anywhere but make sure it is from returnable bottle (don't waste your time on the plastic bottles or the cans). Come visit ME! Also go see JoEllen Reed, Don Pasley, and RJ Palmer.

  Jeff Noble All this talk of Hall's on the River takes me back to the 1980s and Hall's on Main. But that was a different era and a different county (just barely). Clark is a drive-thru county for me. I know that Karen Ward and the Clark County Democrats are planning a Low Country Boil on September 23 (my birthday for anyone who is interested) and I'm thinking of attending.
