Sherman A. Brown If I am traveling to Logan County, I am going to call Martha Jane King and eat wherever she tells me to.

Jeff Noble Me too. Martha Jane is all the time posting events in Logan I wish I had been to so there are lots to see. Here's some highway trivia: Logan, like Campbell, has two highways which violate Kentucky's highway numbering system. Clue: Logan's is marked; Campbell's isn't.
Justin Thurman I'd probably visit my Mom, Dad, and Grandparents (Danielle Thurman never visits). Visiting Federal Grove in Auburn is a great idea for lunch and visiting Ariella's on the square in Russellville is a great idea for dinner.
Martha Jane King One place you eat is Roy's BBQ. Stephen King, the author, not my husband who has the same name, was riding his Harley from Nashville to St Louis and stopped in Russellville. He wanted to know where he could get some local food and was directed to Roy's BBQ. At that time it was a very small restaurant on the old 431 north. One of the waitresses was reading a Stephen King novel and recognized him. They took photos with Mr. King, and the News Democrat Leader put the story in the paper. That paper was once owned by Al Smith, and that brings up lots of other stories, some political, but all with a lot of folklore and local flavor. Just come on down to Logan Co and I'll be glad to show you around!
