Jeff Noble What Will Cox said as to food. I can't think of anyone I know. I have a picture of the Court House on my blog at Entry #643 indicating I drove through there in 2010.
Chad Aull OK, now back to McLean County. My mother's side of the family is from here. Great boating if you can make it down there on the Green River. My go to contacts would be Cati Quisenberry Rines dad Billy (who is the the outgoing County Attorney, County Judge Kelly Thurman, and Mary Atherton. For food stop by Jays Drive-In in Calhoun and the Island Dairy Freeze for dessert.
Cati Quisenberry Rines I second Chad's recommendation of Jays for a burger, tator tots, cherry pepsi, and/or a milkshake. Island Dairy Freeze is good too! Spending weekends on the Green River is always a summer staple.
Pat Vincent As a McLean County gal, I agree with Jay's & Island Dairy Freeze. Now add Bluejays in Sacramento for burgers or plate lunches! Great fish on Friday nights. Chad, you forgot me!!
